We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support our team and ensure efficient daily operations. In this full-time role, you will collaborate with the Office Manager to oversee administrative tasks, support team members, and contribute to a productive and organized work environment.
- Assist the Office Manager in overseeing daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide excellent customer service.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Support sales and service teams with administrative needs.
- Proven experience in office administration or management.
- Insurance experience & prior licensing preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
